Mandy - Director
I was brought up in a London borough and see the difference in the community now compared to years ago when I was a youth, and the lack of opportunities for young people and the support parents also need as its very hard and different now days at these times for families.
We want to help and advise and mentor and support youths and young people to show them safer and better opportunities for young people. We are committed and passionate and will put all our strength into helping youths/young people to have a happy and better outcome in life, doing something they enjoy.
I have worked in many education settings, including PRU, SEMH schools, mainstream schools, I am lead on safeguarding which is a priority for me, to keep children and young people safe.
I am very passionate in everything I do working with and supporting young people and we have great outcomes doing this which makes us happy as a team.

Junior
I am a tutor and Mentor. As well as being a tutor and mentor, I also mentor youth within my church community; helping them stay out of gangs and illegal street activities, encouraging them to apply for college and work courses that they may enjoy. Outside of working with young people that can’t manage mainstream school in my day job and supporting young people at church. I am an international entertainer, specialising in: Deejaying , hosting , event management and radio hosting / production.
With my experience within youth work and music entertainment; It allows me to focus on delivering interventions on Gang culture, Gang grooming and drugs & alcohol abuse. One of my main roles within my day job as a tutor and mentor is delivering sessions on Music , Drama and Sports, as well as 1-1 outreach tuition within Maths, English and Art.
Coming from a similar background to most the pupils we support , I can say I am fortunate to have this experience as a lot of people in my community failed to gain these assets, therefore I feel like I owe it back to the younger generation who will one day be our future leaders with the right support and I believe the best place for me to support our youth is through life experiences and working side by side with these young people to show them a good positive life they can have.

I am a highly motivated individual who has experience working and mentoring the youth from similar backgrounds to myself. I grew up in a very deprived and diverse borough which has enabled me to easily build a rapport with people of various backgrounds.
I have experienced gang culture from those I grew up with and have been fortunate enough to have made the right decisions where I could have chosen the wrong path, it is my mission to guide the youth to make the right decisions also.
I am a very good communicator with innovative thinking as well as being very creative, through my experience in Drama and the entertainment industry, thus being able to help those around me express themselves, I am a natural born leader as well as a team player, this equips me with the ability to instil confidence within others.
I was previously an employment and education programme coordinator, and these skills put together makes me capable of pointing the youth towards the right directions in terms of those futures also.

I am a very friendly and receptive person, who works well within a team as a valued member, I have worked with young people for the past 15 years, I have worked in several youth hostel, PRU and prison.
I have learned a great deal in understanding young people through my previous work experience. I do believe young people are the future that’s why I’m passionate about working with young people.

Before this, I was a Personal Trainer for several years. I delivered one-to-one and group sessions/classes as well as nutritional advice – coaching adults and young people to lead healthier lives and have a healthier body and outlook on life, to be more motivated.

I am a role model in my local area who has experience dealing with gangs & violence. In which has led me to have a passion for young people and a passion for giving young people opportunities to develop and fulfil their potential.
As an Ex-Pro footballer, I am able to use sport as an engagement tool for the better of children. Delivering interventions working in schools & football clubs.

Melissa
I have been working with children and young people for over 12 years and love seeing young people thriving and overcoming challenges. I teach English and maths as well as entrepreneurial skills – something I am particularly passionate about.
In addition, I teach creative learning and have run art workshops as a means of therapy for children, young people, and their families

Happiness
I have a passion for working with young people because where I come from, I can see that there needs to be more role models for the youths of today. Besides mentoring and tutoring children, in my day job, I am also a content creator and an event promotor.
